Had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel National Park. The room was very comfortable, the family that own the hostel are fantastic and couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. We booked on the full day tour with them and had a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget. The guides are brilliant and very experienced. We saw lots of wildlife including Rhinos u0026 Tigers. Would definitely recommend staying here and booking tours through them.

We stayed two at Hotel National Park and it was very good.
The host (« brother » as you can call him) was a tremendous guys! He offers to pick us up when we arrive, book us bus tickets and drive us over there, propose a safari tour and also give us a quick tour of the city at sunset.
He was always here to take care of us and help us (even after our departure).
The location is very nice: it is peaceful and quiet, not far from the main center. And if you are lucky, you might see some rhinos ;)

We stayed here with a group of 4 and we had an amazing stay. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay and even helped us when we had issues with some tourist police bureaucracy. They treated us as old friends and gave us Very competitive rates for the safaris while ensuring we got what we were looking for at the best price quality (rather than trying to sell us as much as they could). Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hussle free safari stay at a great price :)

This was the most helpful and forthcoming host I have ever met during my solo travels. Super nice guy and helps wherever he can.
The following things I wanna highlight:
- drives you from and to the bus station
- welcome drink for free
- after you settle down he helps you understand what you can do in chitwan
- brings you in contact with the best guides with years of experience
- amazing value for the price
- organizes your next bus trip from chitwan to wherever you need to go
I had an amazing experience and can only recommend to stay there.

Hotel National Park Sauraha has been one of my favourite hostels I’ve stayed in ever. Suraj and his family were so warm and welcoming, their hospitality goes above and beyond. I was offered a pick up and a cold glass of lemonade on arrival and the rooms are immaculately clean. Suraj was always there to assist or answer any questions I had. Even giving me a ride to see the river and to the ATM when I needed. I ended up eating all my meals there as well as the dal bhat was so delicious. I truly felt so taken care of and ended up extending my stay for another night just to rest in the hotel because I felt so comfortable there. Thank you Suraj and hope to be back soon!

I ended up extending my stay by 3 nights just because I really liked this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a 7 minute walk to the main town. Trust me, you are probably coming from Kathmandu so the part of Sauraha where this hotel is located has no honking taxi horns, just peace and quiet! It overlooks large fields of birds, twice I saw hornbills and once I saw a jackal. Their food was so good, I ordered the majority of my food from them, it was very affordable and delicious! They are also knowledgeable about tours and I booked one day trip with them, the guide was great and really knew his birds. Highly recommend!
