Hotel is good.
I checked in early morning at 3am with the promise from the night staff to allow me staying till that day evening to be counted as one day.
Morning different staff came and the day I've to check out at 12 noon.
I asked them to speak to the night staff. They spoke and he confirmed that he promised me stay til evening.
But still the morning staff didn't accept.
Had to vacate at noon.
Paid Rs 3500 nrs.

The room is good but the service is worse. Staff are not trained enough for service. And there is only a limited option for food (You can't think of any fine dining dinner inside there even though the hotel size is big and the price is expensive).

Fantastic rooms and service. Price is also good.

Old rooms with not working door locks from inside.. and too much expensive what they serve

The rooms were good, nice u0026 clean. The lady behind the desk was coordial and helpful. The saddest part was the restaurant. The man who came to take orders dosent seem to understand what he was doing. He left us halfway before we complete the full order .
Next day at breakfast, the same gentleman did not understand our order , was writing it all wrong, . The lady came at his rescue. Sadly while serving he brought it all wrong.

As the saying goes, " all is well that ends well".
The starting and the ending did not go well at the restaurant.

not so satisfied, no peaceful environment , nearby highway sound at night disturbed alot, room is good, although price is affordable but I found price range and room quality do not match .While booking they said all room are deluxe but room is little bit congested, balcony was dirty with cigarette piece and tobacco packets, inside cupboard there were lot of dust, in my 2 day stay there were no hot water in bathroom, I requested them more than five times to supply hot water as I have to take bath but didn't get hot water lol ????????.
