Good location ????. Some may opine that the rates are too expensive compared to the amenities offered in the rooms. Customer service was 50/50. Some staff members were quite friendly. Some, however, greeted you with a frown, or, pretended you didn't exist at all. Security is a-one. However, their "no outside food" policy is so strict that the security personnel actually poked around the things I bought (which were coffee mix sachets and some pre-packed snacks). That was infuriating. Because neither was the policy descriptive about what kinds of outside food were not allowed nor was it thoroughly explained to me while checking in. The pool was empty for most of the time during my stay. Cleanliness deserved a 10/10. And, room service was at its a-game at all times. I would rate this hotel a 6 out of 10.

A good hotel right on the highway, it is inside a mall which has food joints, ice cream parlor, a pub, a gym and a tea bar.
Rooms are big and well equipped, staff is extremely efficient and the service is quick.

This hotel is situated in the main street of hetauda. So there is lot of noise in hotel room. Rooms are preety decent but not worth for the price it charge. Staff are very rude right from reception. They simply don't care about ur any need. Breakfast is the worst. Dont take the BB plan. Our order were all mixed up and when we complained they said they can do nothing abt it and we had to eat what we were given. They didnt have the courtesy to change to actual ordered and in top of that we were charged for what we hadn't ordered! Restaurant staff does not have knowledge of their own menu! Rooms lack all the basic amenities like safe deposit box, hairdryer, etc. Skip this hotel if there are other options available!

The facilities and decoration in the lobby, dining, bar, room is highly appreciated.
Amazing thing is they have Basking Robbins ???? and Bubble Tea right in the entrance which is definitely someone would want to see during thier stay any where ????. #recommended

Very decent hotel. Right beside to the hotel is a mall so perfect location. Food was also good and service was very nice.

Decent hotel, comfortable rooms with basic facilities, and staff are quite helpful. The food isn't something to rave about, but it was good.

There's a pool, bar, and a restaurant. Gets quite noisy and loud at night because of the club next door. I had guests speaking loudly down the corridor late and that was really disturbing as well as the music from next door.

That said, I didn't mind as it was decent enough of a place.
