Poor management
Room service late and some time no response even repeated enquary of order
Some person at reception are inattentive and don’t know how to talk with guest
They may book your room to other without asking your duration Of stay there.

One of the worst property in Biratnagar. Try tobavoid this place as much as possible. Okay for parties and celebrations, but absolutely horrible for staying at the hotel. Kudos to the kitchen team for making good food.

Decent and budgeted place to stay. Not many hotels here that I could say the same about. The restaurant also serves very good meals here.
