I was here for 10 days and i like all things about this hotel. The best thing its worth and the same facilities are expensive in other hotels. i will give 5 star to everything here. Definitely i will come again with friends n family.

The service of the hotel is one of the best in the area and nothing negative I could find. Room is furnished with much of wood in a traditional way very comfortable, cozy and relaxing.
I used the laundry service, the finish was wonderful for its price.
Breakfast is in much varieties so if your stay is not short, it is enjoyable. Hotel is very comfortable, clean and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend to stay here if you visit here!

The facilities are good but a little bit old. It needs maintenance as there is mold and the plumbing doesn't work properly. However the staff is really helpful. Specially the guide Thakur who is very friendly, genuine and professional. He has a lot of local knowledge and gave us very nice tours.

Dinner was very tasty. 5/5 for dinner but a little expensive from my experience. Overall the service and the staff response was good.

Good, decent budget place with friendly owner Arjun who is very customer focussed knows what his customers want yet never misses a moment to up sell one of his services. Although this is done not too obtrusive. Staff is friendly and the freelance guide he hired for us was good! Although Arjun said the guides have over 15 years of experience, Anub our guide was younger than me (at 32). Later was told he was doing this for a few years now. Never mind it was good and we saw many animals of which the rhino 7 times.. This was in a combi walk and jeep safari. Long day with a bit short pause of half an hour where we needed to rush in food, but Anub went all the way to show us the Rhino's so we gladly did. It is difficult for us to see how much commission money goes to hotel and guesthouse owners just because they arrange it. This is not just Shiva dream but a village wide thing. It is what it is tough but would be nice if local guides could take a bigger cut. Not that Anub told us his rate he was professional to not share but by guessing I could tell from his face it is far from the commission rate. All in all it was a good place with decent budget rooms with relaxed environment and good staff. Last thing to mention which reflects also my three stars is the fact that in the bill the rooms where added with service charge of 10%.. How does a room have service charge? Never had this anywhere. All in all this was ok, the hike and jeep safari where awesome.

Amazing hotel! Great staff! Guys masters of their craft. The rooms are clean and cozy. The food is gorgeous. If you really want to enjoy Chitwan, this place is perfect.
