Wouldn't opt to stay here unless there's no other hotels rooms available for booking (except Crockford, that is). As one of the largest hotels in the world with seven thousand over rooms, you wouldn't expect any part of the hotel to excel in service and delivery. Official check-in timing is 3pm however 1. Booking from the website directly does not allow you to self check-in from the kiosk without attendance assistant 2. If you queue at the counter directly for check-in, there's an extra charge of 15RM per pax. Thankfully we found an attendant to assist us and with a request for connecting rooms (under the same booking), the earliest timing for check-in was after 5pm. We still had to queue to check in with counter assistance (no extra charges) but the queue was about 30-45 minutes even after 7pm. The room provided had stains on the bedsheet, no soap/shampoo/bar and toothbrushes (tho can be bought at 5rm/pkt at the vending machine near the lift, opposite Watson's). Would recommend only for people simply finding a place to rest and not expect anything else. Check out @ 11am the next day.
