Here you can see total 360 view, one side can see the total of Pokhara city and the lake, other side big snow mountains. Best view will be in the morning time, before the clouds close the mountain view. Very good location for see many other things like domestic planes, ultra light planes, paragliding starting point, cable cars etc..

One of the best places to view the Himalayas. Be ready to hike up a steep set of stairs and pay a small price 30Rs. It is definitely worth the sweat and Rs.

Amazing place to be. A must visit place in Pokhara. I witnessed a clear view of Pokhara Valley but couldn't witness the mountains due to clouds. Heard that the sunrise and mountains have breathtaking views. Good to visit during September October and November for that experience according to a local person there.

Extremely busy during sunrise, so it's difficult to get a good view. Advice: from the parking lot, instead of taking the stairs you can walk on the rocky road that also leads to the view tower. Then, just 200m before you get to the tower there is a small platform and a huge green area which wasn't busy at all and you get an even better view. Calm enough for meditation, yet beautiful.

Amazing clear view of the sunrise. Surreal feeling watching the sun rise over the horizon and the peaks turning all golden from the sun rays. Keep in mind that there are lot of stairs to climb. There's one view point at the top that seems to be crowded and one other just below that remains less crowded and gives an equally scintillating view.

Get total 360 degree view of the pokhara. You can also see Fewa Lake from the top. But most importantly catch the sunrise and reach their by 5 am this is so peaceful place and you can hear the chirping of the birds. Soulful place.

It's about 30 km from Kathmandu and is a very beautiful place to visit. If the weather is nice and clear you can see the following mountains
1. Kanchenjunga
2. Mount Everest
3. Dhaulagiri
4. Lhotse
There is also ladder that allows for a better veiw from Sarangkot. The sun rises at 6 and if there are no clouds around you can see the morning sunrise.
