It is also known as the Bat Cave. The cave had a lot of bats over walls and ceilings. The path of the cave is very dark, so it's advisable to carry a bright beam torch.
PS: your mobile flashlight won't be much help.
Also, the entrance can seem a bit scary but it really isn't that scary inside.
However, watch your head and steps.

Just nearby the Mahendra cave of Pokhara, another tourist site drawing many visitors. Thousands of bats were seen clinging on wall u0026 ceiling of the darker cave. There was separate entrance and exit. Entrance was big enough but exit was less than two feet high; one had to crawl out of the entrance. We enjoyed our adventurous exit from very narrow space.

One of the tourist attraction point in Pokhara. It is situated near to Mahendra cave. Nepali tourist has to pay Rs. 50 to enter the cave. Be careful of bats while visiting the cave.
It has both entry and exit point. It is not easy to get out of exit point, so be careful while going towards exit.

This cave is small but very difficult cave to walk in. Actually you don't even walk here, it's mostly very tough rock climbing. I won't advise old or children or unfit people to go here. Towards the end, someone will have to pull you up as the rocks are very steeply placed and it's not possible for everyone to climb them. Rock climbing in this place requires high level of strength, steadiness and flexibility. I took my mother here and it was kind of a mistake.
Also you will be given one torch here. Make sure the entire group remains together. The guide will charge around 100NPR for 1 person and the charge is basically to pull you up. I wouldn't recommend taking a guide as they aren't that helpful.

It was a very fun and exciting cave in Pokhara. It's very big and wider as compared to other caves in Pokhara. Don't forget to light up in the cave to see the thousands of bats. And try to get out from the other end which is more adventurous.

Short and exciting adventure.
Must visit place.

The cave gets darker and smaller on every step.
You need artificial lighting source to find your way.
You can find bats on the top.

The best part is climbing out of the cave. The exit part is very small, you have to crawl out from it.
You might feel like quiting at some point, but you would finish it, and come out.

You would feel like you have achieved something.
