The garden and pool is nice. The place is quite old, it is said to be the oldest hotel in Nepalgunj. However, it is not well maintained. Flush issues in toilets, smelly old carpets in certain corners of the hotels. Some of the rooms had the smell of mould. Wifi issues. The staffs were nice and tried to be as much accomodating as they could but there was only so much they could do.

It's is beautiful hotel. Have so big open space for parking, walk garden, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, meeting hall.

Rooms are okay but staff are rude. Pull attendant came and asked me to show my swimming costume while I was swimming. He had doubt if I was wearing slacks which he clearly expressed. I was certainly wearing swimming costume. If he wanted ensure everybody wears swimming costume there were several ways to do so but I couldnt agree on his way. It was very embarrasing situation. I dont stay in this hotel again.

A decent hotel in my experience. Food was good.
The only downside being, it is almost 2km away from the market area and far from the airport. So anyone willing to go for an evening stroll to the nearby market area, be advised otherwise!! You will end up taking an electrical three-wheeler for your travels....
All in all, it was decent.
