Very very poor hotel service. Totally unmanaged! Very dirty room and toilet, locks not working properly - felt very insecure.

Adding up, all the guests had complaint and I migrated to another hotel in Nepalgunj and was much better. To other travellers, I do NOT recommend this place.

Im writing this review at 4 am in the morning with extreme frustration and anger. Staying at this hotel has been one of the worst experience of my life. Room is extremely dirty, smelly and mosquitoes are everywhere. On top of that there is no water on the toilet. I would never ever recommend this place to my worse enemy. If anyone working in this hotel sees this message, have some shame in calling it a fkn 4 star hotel where noone even pick up the call.

Nice and decent hotel. The place was quiet, and staffs were friendly. Foods were okay. Navigating to the hotel was also easy, and it is an easy destination from the airport. They got a pool too. Overall, we had a good experience. I held one star because something stopped me, I don't know what, to feel like super good.

It is good environment outside at the ground and felt comfortable to stay in this hotel. Rooms are needed to get maintained for customer satisfaction. Bathrooms are also not tidy and fully operational but in terms of money we paid, we feel happy if we stay there.

Highly not recommended! My whole trip was a total waste as I stayed here with literally NO service at all. The rooms had no privacy as it could not be locked and the attached bathroom was horrible!
Above all, I and my brother both had ill-stomach the very next day after we had dinner here.
Horrible!!

Been here during a training. The hotel was good enough. Good garden outside. But my experience with food was not so excellent.

Very old but new management take this with new concept. Room size is big. Well staff. Testy food. But still some small issue is need to fixed. May be renuvate is going sobits take. Well place to stay and very near then airport. I recommend to stay at kitchen hot.
