One of the best eye hospitals in the country. This place treats patients from all over the world. The instruments used for the treatment are high quality imported ones from Germany and therefore gives accurate result for all kinds of eye problems.

The fee is also very reasonable at only 200 NRS.

This place is heaven for all the patients who come here to treat them because of its authenticity it's well behaved staff and the rules and regulations they follow while imparting well deserved and affordable treatment to all the patients that come well beyond Nepal's borders this place being small in comparison to most of the Indian cities but in terms of consumer hospitality and satisfying their needs they are very much advanced rather than their competitors in india....the place is so silent vibrant with people less crowded being a hospital and very serene and peaceful despite having so many inns motels and restaurants nearby...me as a guide had visited this place more than 3 times but every time I returned back with a positive attitude and a sentence satisfaction about the place it's people their behaviour and their actions do speak louder than words such as being kind and polite to patients and recieving a warm welcome with their smile to the patients who just land on the hospital entrance by spraying sanitizer to their hands and even the entire staff wearing masks for which everybody feels safe and the inside of the building boasts a television unit where they would run fauna channels with no sound which is very much innovative coz sound distracts ur attention but views attract ur attention without disturbing anyone....and the hotel inside the medical premises with two spectacle kiosks and one pharmacy complement the look and the simplicity of the place...i won't comment on the price tags of the treatment as it differs with each people and their needs but I am specifically commenting on the facilities that is provided to the masses in such a budget that it has been awarded lots of prestigious awards and honours in the name of the hospital the staff i.e the nurses and the doctors are very very friendly to the patients and respect their decisions in every way so that they are given the best treatment of their eyes instead of gear being instilled on them by way of their behaviour and actions....i sincerely urge every person to come to this place for their valuable eyes to be treated and extend their life till eternity

Treatment is good, but other than that is qualityless. Eg.
1. Payment mode is not made online. People from India find it very much difficult because india become caseless and degitalised. We don't have lots of money in hand. It make you white, otherwise you are earning back money.
2. Payment in the same day is mandatory. Is it a bank? You may take a security money in advance. You should not make a person bound to do it at the same day. Because no body will leave or you let them to leave without complete payment.
3. There is no lift for attendance. Some people may have problem in riding steps. In this regard security gard is mannerless.

Best Eye Hospital I have experienced petent ....and now I again go for my better treatment for my 1 eye... All staff and doctor are very polite and experienced...Thank you all the MNEH team with Respected doctor....

People out there are so good but while getting back home at Siliguri we should be very alert on e I was cheated and ...some fraud were after me for vehicle and finally I was cheated ..but nepal people are so welcoming and good ????
