The food was bad and I doubt the toothbrush was used as it was smelling of paste. Good hotels don't do that. No, hotels don't do that. A few staff were very well spoken but the hotel doesn't cut it AT ALL.

For Kakarbhitta, its the best hotel. The food is okaish, but the service is really good. Bed sheets are clean. Toilet needs a bit of refurbishment.
