Juicy texture of food and all the spices just blossomed after a bite ,when you take a breath you can feel the flavors flowing in your mouth and that pure sweet and oily flavor of ghee (butter)
The food was perfect.
I loved their hospitality.
It was a sudden plan to visit there but was worth visiting

Definitely a great location to enjoy food in Kathmandu. You will find yourself in a amazing classy revamped restaurant with great hospitality.
Foods are great and they have huge menu including blended culture- east and west.
Worth visiting.

Though i lost my earpod over there and did give my number for contact at front desk, which i didn't got any reply from, but i have to agree about the place its amazing. Food tast good but the ambiance was too good

Scrumptious food and a great service. That's how I remember my experience at the Chimney. The indoor seating is warm and has a classy dine-in space. The outdoor space is somewhere you can relax and enjoy your food. Has a pretty garden and a small pond to stroll around. We enjoyed Suraj's and Prabhat's warm service.

Aesthetic ambiance . Don't know bout hotel but fine dining and restro is good and staff are really sweet loving beautiful and kind. Very pleasant to spend quality time. I don't have much pics but search it on Instagram. The foods are really good. If you're on budget then go for it.

The Chimney offers diners a very good experience with very good ambience be it indoors or outdoors, when weather permits.
When we visited the fireplace hadn't been inaugurated however the vibe was still very good.
The food we ordered was very good and the service was good too. The cocktails were excellent.
Definitely recommend a visit.

Food is good. But this cost me 3000 NPR. Way too expensive

Post note: Thanks Chimney for the update. I am still wrapping my head around it as I referenced against your other menu:

the cost of your tiger prawn and filet of beef (surf and turf) cost 2400 NPR.

Looking at your mains that there is nothing above 1000 NPR.

As such I am not sure how you reference it.
Btw - the meal initially quoted to me was 1500 veg and 1800 non veg which sounds reasonable. But when the bill came it became 3000 npr.
