Good location courteous staff.
But rooms n bathrooms need some more freshness by changing carpets or do some deep cleaning.
House keeping should check bathrooms showers n basic facilities are in working proper conditions or not before alloting room to guests
Rooms were suffocating. AC were not working properly.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, still close to the center. Love its pool, jet bath, sauna and steam but, the room is very small, literally only bed. No bath tub in renovated rooms. The price is too expensive comparing with similar hotels and it’s quality. The room service came really late and I requested a bath robe - worn out !

This is related to the pastry shop of radisson hotel, I do not recommend the pastry shop to anyone for ordering cakes. the experience that i had was in 2078/10/3 where i went to pick up the cake i ordered with assurance that they would give us the box cover for cake as i had to take it far, where from my earlier experience they did not had good size of the packaged box of the cake. so remembering that i reminded them about the box .. but even after that they failed to put it ... i had to deliver the big cake for long distance without any box covering it and they could not even provide any and the cake is overpriced looking at their services

This hotel in the middle of the city is very good. Its rooms are very beautiful and clean. The facilities are equally excellent. Since the local market is also nearby, it can be very easy to socialize.

Its a nice hotel within the city centre and close to local shops and taxis. The room was nice and clean. Service was perfect - they don't pester you with too much service but ensure its adequate which works well for me. Food at the restaurant is also very good and must try.

Hotel is close to Garden of Dreams 15-18 mins walk from hotel and few mins from there is the local market for shopping lovers ????.

Beautiful place in the heart of the city. An oasis a few steps away from the sound and intensity of a very active city. From this location you can be almost anywhere of course contending with traffic.

Good Service. Polite and welcoming staff. Happy with housekeeping, especially Mr. Hari Krishna Mahajan. Seems to be hard working and committed person. All my request attended promptly. A very friendly person.
