Don’t listen to the haters. It’s a Lovely little garden. Yes there is an entry fee, but the garden is v nice. It’s a nice break from being a tourist in the city. It was very relaxing to sit back and enjoy people watching. It seemed like a very popular spot with locals and hence does
tend to get crowded so time your visit accordingly.

Garden of Dreams is always my favourite place to be. The history that it posesses is extraordinary. The lush garden, variety of flowers, beautiful pavilions, the sound of trickling water from the lovely fountains and the Library is alluring.
If you're visiting for the first time, do note that there's an entry fee. Timings are 9 am - 6:30 pm. Some part is under renovation currently and the Kaiser Cafe was closed too.

It was wonderful ????. I had a pleasant time there. It's a peaceful place to escape the hustle of Kathmandu Valley. ????
You need to pay to get inside and it varies depending upon your nationality. If you're Nepali, it will cost you significantly less than that of if you're foreigner or simply tourist. There's no student id fee discount.
Enjoy your visit. Have fun .
Stay safe

Best destination in kathmandu valley to cheer up with friends, family or your loved one. Very well managed, clean and tidy place where you can see green all around. For a moment you will feel like you are not in the capital city. Just I don't recommend visiting in public holidays because of huge crowd on those days.

Beautiful place for photography and hang out with friends also close to thamel. Keep in mind the photos aren't good at the midday as all structure are white. Afternoon is serene here. Well there isn't much to do than take pictures.

Entrance fee is 150 NPR per Nepali person u0026 400 NPR Per Tourist which is very high for such a small garden. The ambience is good and peaceful but the garden is small and partly under renovation. The garden is well maintained and serene.

It is a very small park with European influence infrastructure. The park has few photographic spots and is mostly crowded with lovers. The ticket was expensive approximately 400 npr as compared to the park areas. The park is situated adjacent to the main road. It has a few cafeterias and a washroom inside the park. It has one small temple inside the park.
