Consecrated place in Nepal. It is one of the most cleanest area in Nepal. Super convenient for shopping and restaurant.

Always wanted to see this Buddhist temple. It is more amazing in person.
Please visit and take your time whilst there. Visit the 2 main Buddhist monasteries.
One of them got an excellent view from the 1st floor and roof balcony.

Famous spot for tourists. Spiritual place for Buddhist. Though the access inside the temple has been restricted recently still you can enjoy taking pictures of it and explore many souvenir shops

Great place to visit. Peaceful and respectful vibe. Many people but not too crowded or noisy. It's restricted to access inside. Someone said it's from the Covid-19 Pandemic. So my group enjoyed seeing the outside, taking photos, and pigeon. Should read information about the Stupa before coming to visit, if so, don't need to take the local guide. The entrance fee for foreigner is 400 rs. There're some free entrances. My friend took me there again at night time for a dinner and no need to buy ticket.
After walking 3 rounds, good to choose a upstair or rooftop cafe/restaurants to enjoy the view from the top.

This place not only comprises of stupa but also it's surrounded by shops which sells amazing paintings, handicrafts and a lot more. However I feel that every tourist place in Nepal they charge you a lot of money for entry ticket but the maintenance is not that great. But it's a great place if you want to see the beauty of stupa also if you want to explore local shopping area of Nepal.

An oasis inside of the city - all of the traffic noise disappear and it is the cleanest place I've seen in Kathmandu. Seeing the pilgrim goers and monks adds to the reverent feel.
