Located right in the middle of the city, you can't go wrong with this location. This hotel has great views, a pool with a bar on the roof, and is very westerner friendly. Additionally, the staff here is great including desk staff, housekeeping, security, and shuttle driver.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms (although much smaller than depicted in their photos).

The rooftop restaurant has delicious food and beautiful views.

Sauna and steam room, although located right at the back of restaurant, are quite nice and private.

The nightmare starts when you want to rest. Due to construction next door (extension of the hotel), there is always noise from 6am till late evening. We had to complain and speak to the general manager to get the workers to stop making noise after 9pm. It didn't help, they continued banging and dragging things well past 10pm, and resumed work as early as 6am!

It was an absolute nightmare and we could not stay there a day longer.

I advise you to double check and ensure the construction work is done before making a reservation.

All staff friendly and very clean, food was awsome. Manager was very friendly to solve any issues and even owner is always keen to listen to guest. I love the place and I enjoyed the beauty of Budhanilkantha every morning. Recommended place to enjoy the food and nature together.

Hotel Sabrina has exceeded my expectations and is great value for money in Kathmandu. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the facilities, including the bathroom, are excellent. All rooms have a separate balcony to sit and enjoy the view over the city and the nearby mountains.
The rooftop restaurant, which is far above the roofs of the surrounding buildings, is the hotel's unique selling point. The ambience and the outstanding quality of the food invite you to linger. In addition, there is a cosy infinity pool and a very well-stocked fitness centre. I visited the latter almost every day during my stay and was very happy with the high-quality equipment.
The hotel is located in the much quieter north of the city. Nevertheless, it is easily accessible by public transport, taxis and Pathao, the Nepalese Uber app.
For day hiking, the beautiful Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park is basically just around the corner. Shivapuri Peak, at 2,732 meters altitude, overlooks the whole of Kathmandu valley and offers stunning views of the Langtang Massif, including the Langtang peak at 7,234 meters altitude.
Finally, I would like to highlight the staff. Rarely have I experienced such helpful, friendly and attentive service personnel. Individual requests were always addressed, and I was also given great support with special requests. For example, I had forgotten my headphones on my plane and needed help to reach the Lost and Found Office. The staff then assisted me to research the correct contact numbers and organized a car to bring me to the airport and back to reclaim my headphones.
Overall: A fantastic stay, and next time I come to Nepal, I will definitely come back here!

Great location,stunning view with delicious and variety of breakfast for FREE included however the taxi were a liltle hard to get but eventually taxi would arrive or alternatively there were local buses were available overall great hotel would definitely recommend everyone and anyone ???? staff were all so helful definitely visiting again on my next visit in nepal
