One of the fancy café in Biratnagar. Like most fancy places in the city, the place is expensive, comparing to some equal standard cafe in Kathmandu. But the place was impressive and the service was very smooth (they actually use automated order service) and staffs were polite. The food was also nice.
The parking maybe a problem as it is located at a very busy street. Would recommend this place to people around there.

The Chicken pasta at WakeCup Cafe is sooo cheesy and yum ????Tried the Trappuchino Blend and Hot chocolate drink . Absolutely loved them ❤ ♥

A nice restaurant in the heart of the city with tasty food is just what one needs! Won't say it pricey, nonetheless the food makes up for it. 4 stars because of limited menu.. room for improvement!!

It's okay. From a Kathmandu perspective, it was average. However, it's probably slightly better from a Biratnagar perspective since such coffee shops do not seem very common. Good place to just chill or hang out. They have their own roastery based in Kathmandu, so the coffee is pretty good. The food items were not up to the mark.

The ambiance was good, but the service not so much.
The service is adamant on using their "Online Order" feature through installing an app on your phone!

First try to be a good café instead trying to reinvent the wheel.
