It's better than what I had thought of neat and clean. Swimming pool is under construction. Good smiling front desk ladies. Kudos ???? to you all. Helpful staffs (specially the one small girl who serves during breakfast time at the time I was there) . Food is also good enough. I tried restaurant menu including Thali and all are good. Keep it up

Cosy hotel right at the buspark. It does not feel like you are in a hotel at the bus park. Rooms are nice. The toiletries provided are also nice. The pool is on the ground floor so it felt kind of odd but it is closer to the gym so it makes sense. The lift was functional but it was easy to get to the top floor by walking too. They have a big hall and a smaller round table hall. Convenient to do events. They served a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout a week's stay. They also have a shop where you can buys some souvenirs and swimming costumes. There is also a shop to buy chips and chocolates. Overall it is a nice hotel in Biratnagar, worth the money.

Yeah.
But the whole experience is worth paying

Extra star ???? for the talented and polite receptionist. The lady is pretty nice in understanding hindi and english and then helping out the customers.

Lot more to improve, bad smelling bathrooms, delay in service. Need to fix problems so others may not get bad experience from it.

Worst hotel at biratnagar....Never go there..all expense are high ,services are poor than other Rs.1000 rooms around...If someone is reading and planning to visit ,let this be warning to them..I am posting this at 2:44 am in the morning because i could not sleep well because of mosquitos and unknown smell in room...service staffs has no response because its usual issues as seen on previous reviews.

this hotel has many problem. Food, drinks, rooms even staff also not professional. Almost room smell very bad. Outolock door is very dangerous because any people can enter any time. No safe zone even inside room. Because there are two people enter my room with master key. I was surprised, why and how did u come inside, he replied this is my room ????. Room number 401 also key problem. No highly not recommend.

Quite impressive hotel Good Hotel in Biratnagar Delicious and health food,clean and well decorated room,helpful staff overall very good experience
