One of the best mall in the biratnagar area plenty of area to roam not many shops but definitely worth for having little snacks or munch.
A very well built gaming centre and it also consists of a great hall you can sit on top and enjoy your meal.
So,lets talk about washroom and toilet they are definitely top notch lemme say better than almost all malls in whole nepal.Just look at its condition it is perfectly managed at kept at perfect condition.
You can get the vibe of walking on some luxurious street inside the mall it is just great.
But they should definitely workout on adding more shops and brands inside the mall as there are only limited shops inside it.
I am very much pleased by it.

Ok I went to this wonderful place when i was in Birat again for a short trip.. this is the most amazing place i have seen in nepal like so good malls with structures and all i wish good luck to this place as it give complete different feelings like i felt i was not in Nepal ????

Good place for casual shopping and hanging out.
The mall has own section called Central Bazaar for household items that also includes a separate clothing store. There are different brand stores inside the mall. It even has public washroom and an underground parking for vehicles.
The multiplex cinema is a nice add-on and has one of best movie watching experience in Biratnagar. There is also a restaurant for the foodie in you and a game arcade on 2nd floor.

Great place for shopping. Quite a great experience.
But elevator should be working as it was not working when I was there.
