Very good services and fast handling customers order...the place is nice, clean and neat..not so full people when go to the place..there is also playground for kids at the premise

Very slow, lousy and incompetent service. The cashier at drive thru took very long time (more than 10 minutes) to settle the coupon thing for customer in front. So the car queue did not move for 10 mins +. After a long wait and it was my turn to receive my order, they told me to park in the drive thru parking space and wait. I waited in the car but nobody came and fetched me my order. I had to come out and went to the store to get my order. When I was inside, I waited and nobody was preparing my order. Then I told the staff about my drive thru order. They had completely no clue as to what happened. This has happened to me many times that I was told to pull over at drive thru parking and I had to get out to get my order. Sort yourself out McD Kota Kemuning!

amazing experience today, i would usually just drive thru knowing i have to handle my kids alone , but today my eldest(5yold) decided that he wants to pee. like urgently. so we had to park and use the toilet .long story short, done ordering while carrying my youngest which was not wearing shoe at that time cuz i was in a hurry then i realized im not gonna be able to carry all d food w one hand and a child on another, mcdonald worker kindly assisted me without me asking for it. a lil kindness really goes a long way. kudos to the mcdonald worker who helped me ,really made my day. i couldnt have been able to do it all alone w two kids . thank u so much .

The mcdonald parking always available now since they ask to pay every entry. So only people eat in mcdonald will be there????

They provide big space for a pick up counter. You can just sit down watching movie awaiting your number will be called.

The manager or supervisor wear baju Melayu in 16 Sept 22, I believe they will wear CNY and Deepavali theme too include Aidilfitri.

Drive thru operator is so pushy. Keep asking “is that all? “ after every meals ordered. Do you want to limit your sales or what?
I think it's better to listen more to your customers order, or change the phrase to "anything more?"

Overall sgt puaskan except only one worker there treat differently which is not quite nice but it's okay i guess. Maybe they just tired. Anyway cool

Crazy line at the drive thru always. At least they don't have a minimum amount for charge customer's to use debit/credit card like McDonald's Section 14 PJ does!

Also generally one of the freshest McDonald's in the Klang Valley area. Food has never been soggy or dry.
