Staff and doctor was awesome. Waiting place was comfortable. Overall the best clinic I've visited so far this year. Thank you Dr. Kam make my kids feel comfortable for their 2nd dose vaccine! ????u200d⚕️????????

Went for a blood test yesterday. All the staffs were efficient and friendly. Dr Kam attended to me. He was friendly and informative. Previous visit, Dr Carmen attended to me. She too was as good as Dr Kam. Both of them and the staffs were very professional in their work. Thank you.

I went to the clinic as I had developed rashes after consuming medication that were prescribed by the doctor. The doctor examined me and said that since it’s already day 7 of me taking the prescribed antibiotics, the rash is not caused by an allergic reaction to the antibiotics. She explained that a drug allergy rash will look different to the rash that I had. In addition, she also linked my rash to a cough and flu that I was having (almost recovering; it was already day 5 of having cough and flu).

Basically, this doctor brushed off the rash that was all over upper body and thighs based on her reason that if I was allergic, it wouldn’t take 7 days for the rash to appear.

I consulted two other doctors who are NOT from AMC and both confirmed that the rash I was having was a very common reaction to the antibiotics. They also confirmed that the allergy reaction to the antibiotics may take a week for it to appear. It was definitely and certainly a drug allergy.

AMC, please reevaluate your doctors and if necessary, please hire more experienced doctors to guide your fellow young doctors. A misdiagnosis happened because your doctor refuse to believe/accept that a drug allergy rash can take 7 days to show.

Clinic is clean, staff is friendly, queue sometimes is super long due to only 1 doctor is working.

Many of the time , shortage of medication ( it happen 3 out of 5 visit).

But overall good experience.

I was impressed by Dr. Kam at first place because when I bought my son over for his back head bump, he carefully check all the condition like throat, ear, etc. u0026 explained in detail why we had this bump because of immune system interrupts (to relief patient's worries). It was just 10 minutes consualtation without medication, Doctor didn't charge Us anything. But I will pay the consualtation if he ask so.
Today I went to this clinic again because my ear clogged problem.bBit this time is a young lady Doctor. She just check the ear u0026 no clogged. She suggest ear drop to ease the congestion. I ask why apply ear drop if no congestion? She said we might not know inside. I feel she just try u0026 error. Doesn't feel any professional advsie from this doctor. Yet I being charged RM30 for consultation in 5 minutes.
I will be relunctat to visit this clinic again in future.
