The cleanliness I admire in this NSK, it's up to date with new products and there's more product to choose than other places in terms of several more types of butter and yogurt.

Many choices of groceries. But cashier line is a bit slow and taking too much time waiting for payments. Hope can improve waiting time for payment. still many counter can be utilised for payment. only half of the counter is open.

Poor service ask the staff to clean and cut fish they says no cutting cleaning services in nsk all over Malaysia, I'm very regularly buy fish at nsk Johor Bahru there always have cutting and cleaning services.very much needed to improve on services.

A lot of the item here is much cheaper than any other wholesale market. Parking is limited here, quite hard to find during crowded day. This place is great for people who wants to buy alot of stuff but there is a down side, a low level of cleanliness. This is comparable to those wet market cleanliness standard. Do note this place does have wet market so this count as acceptable.

next to highway very convenient but choice not so much compare to NSK Kuchai Lama, to be improved for more variety groceries, fresh fruit and vege
