Great location and service! Excellent view of the waterfront where i can view the sunrise/sunset, go jogging along the waterfront, try street food walking distance from hotel, explore the souvenir shops near the waterfront. I love that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall with a supermarket and pharmacies. Rooms are relatively clean and bed is very comfortable. Minus point is that the safe in the room was not working. Breakfast buffet was not 5 star but is decent, on some days the coffee dispenser was not working. Timely maintenance and cleanliness, as well as an upgrade to its amenities (eg. pool, gym) can go a long way. The western food in the restaurant is good. Overall, i really enjoyed the stay and would definitely return here again.

A good experience to stay at the Waterfront Hotel. The service is fast and efficient - the process of checking in and checking out and also the request for towels, etc. You can check in at 3PM and will have to check out before 12PM. The hotel lobby is quite spacious and is connected to the Plaza Merdeka mall. We got a 4-person room and only allocated 1 car park for free. Plus, breakfast is only for 2 persons. We need to add on for another 2.

As for the facilities, there is an infinity pool but it is not very big and the water is really cold. It’s a good place to chill with your family. The gym is quite small if we compare to other places but still, the essential equipment are there. For the breakfast, the choices are quite common, nothing very special. The taste is okay generally, albeit most of them are quite salty.

Overall, I give 4 stars. Still would recommend to stay here as the view is quite nice.

Staff was awesome. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Importantly their towels are new not like certain hotels where they give old worn out towels. Location's great. Walking distance to the waterfront, main bazaar and eateries. If I visit Sarawak again would definitely stay at the waterfront hotel again

Well I initially booked for river view room and upgraded to suite for nights because needed the bathtub. Room was not clean and Dusty. The bed had layers of dust and I do have dust allergy thus was sneezing throughout. Worst when the next day we send the instruction to clean our room it was not cleaned till we had to request for it again. When they cleaned they didn't clean the rubbish. Their check in time is 3 pm for the next customer.. last day stay, I requested for a late check out 30 minutes as needed the time to pack after my race. It was just a Sunday yet they told us not possible ???? even many full house hotels able to do it with check in next customer at 2 pm and your hotel was 3 pm. Sorry to say but not a pleasant stay for the price paid. Big room , not clean, and service is not as expected. Disappointed

Very comfortable room. Breakfast lots of variety. Room view at 5th floor is overlooking concrete roof slab. Hotel car park is available at basement . Within walking distance to the riverfront promenade u0026 shops. Adjoining to shopping mall. No nearby money changer.

The best hotel in Kuching by far. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are beautiful. Location is so good. Right in the heart of everything. The pool and the bar have amazing views. And the best part is its connected to Plaza Merdeka shopping mall.

Their staffs are super friendly and quick to act to help their customers. Their rooms are comfy af and one of the best room I've been in. Their towels are comfy, alot and really clean. Their bathrooms are super clean and smell good. Salute their services. Highly recommended for people who want to bring their families for holiday, because their rooms are big enough and good for family of 3 at least.
