Went there on 24/3/22 night we’re assisted by Mr Yugen. He is young man with very good at what he does and it was very much pleasant experience for the well explanation and assistance. With that details explanation, wide knowledge, well manner and courtesy makes you felt very comfortable.

Two bad experiences in the store. I love Sony brand, but when I was searching for a earphone, called one day and the seller was kinda rude (quick and rispid responses). The day after I went personally in the store and other seller was also short on responses, no gentle and I felt uncomfortable to keep the research. Fortunatelly, minutes later, a seller from the TMT megastore helped me and I could buy my sony 1000xm4 with a 100 less than sony store.

For the first time i walk into Sony store at midvalley looking for a tv, The 1st person that came to approach me was Mr. Yugen, Let's cut the story short. When i walked out from that store, he sold me a very special combo set by sony Malaysia and that makes my day!

Please always check lalaport store/official website if you want the Official price.

Price is scam. They claim they are Official Sony Store.
I am looking at the XM4 headphones

While official website and lalaport store selling RM1099.

They sell it RM11xx, and raise the price to RM1499 for Blue color, and said they are the only one have Blue color.
