The room is spacious, clean. Checking in was fast, no hassle. staff was alert eventhough i was checking in around 11pm. Parking available eventhough the hotel located in the middle of kluang town. 24hours convenient store just around the corner, wihthin walking distance.

Good location and swift check in and check out service BUT cleanliness is a no go, killed 3 baby cockroaches within 30 minutes of check in. Didnt dare to look at the floor after so i wouldn’t spot even more. Wrapped myself up like a dumpling before going to sleep so i wouldnt get infested, happy dumplings festival?? Shower mount wasnt stable so shower head kept dropping. Didnt get shampoos, toothpastes and toothbrushes, only shower gel. Heater was okay.

I booked family room but canceled by the hotel during my stay without informing me. Then last minute rebook two rooms was charged but only give me one room clims fully booked. Seek refund said claim rejected. Call in to complaint the phone is autobot and no one can talk too.

No star. Terrible experience.
Why?
- strong cigarette smoke smell inside the hotel. (Reception area, hallway and inside the room)
- one guy freely smoke in front of the reception counter. Went asked the reception guy if smoking is allowed here, and the answer was yes!
- contacted OYO Management and asked if smoking is allowed but the answer was no!
- told OYO to do something about this but nothing was done. The hotel hallway was like Genting.
- in the end, I checked out around 11pm and drove back to K.L.
What a waste...

Room spacious and clean, toiletries provided, check in service really fast.
Location is accessible easily. Plus, it is near lots of restaurant and cafes.
Just prepare coupon for parking especially on weekday, 8-5.

Everything was good, comfy room, clean bathroom and room. even beside bar, not hearing any noise. Only not have parking prepared, for weekend its kind a hard for find parking.

Great pricing and location for an overnighter. Within walking distance to nearby amenities. Car park is limited and you need parking coupons on weekdays
