This hotel is very nice. Newly renovated or at least the room that was assigned to me. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Puteri and Michael did their best to satisfy my request and they did amazingly. We will definitely come back to this hotel. The only thing I would like to improve will be the breakfast spread. I feel like there should have been more options.

Took the Executive sea view room. Rooms were very dated. Informed reception and they gladly changed my room to a better room. Reception staff were good and very helpful when the room wasn't up to par. We did not make a fuss. They seemed to know exactly what I was talking about. Rooms need an update. Probably will not stay here again.

The hotel lobby was a bit dark n wasn't so welcoming. The check in wasn't as smooth as they nearly admitted that they lost our booking. We weren't offered of any other room service but the housekeeping person has told us off that we should make an order during counter check in earlier. The room lobby was also a bit gloomy. We booked 3 rooms in total. One of the rooms didn't have a complete toiletries n the toilet wasn't as clean as the other 2. The bed wasn't as big as other hotel but still cozy I guess. The breakfast time was chaos. The hotel management failed to cater space according to the number of hotel guests ended up hotel guests went back to their hotel room n came back 2 hrs later. Not many variations on the menu portion n the foods are a bit salty tho. Overall, it wasn't so satisfying trip we had.

Overall the stay was great ! But there are minor setbacks towards the first room I got , the first room had cockroaches and the bathtub water was yellowish and not clean and littered with hair. The sink had a Crack in it and the door has no resistance and it's very creaky. But I Requested for a change of room and all the problems were solved. Staffs were friendly and the view is amazing. However, the hotel is very old and with enough effort to make changes to such rooms affected, this hotel would have been a much better choice for visitors. Overall , the stay was comfortable but it could have been better.

The hotel feels run down, poorly maintained and old. One day they said breakfast is in the ballroom, next morning it was somewhere else and a bunch of guests were trying to find where the breakfast place was. The hotel room doesn't have a nice decor or feel to it. It feels like being in a school with the old colored walls. They lack lighting in the rooms too and their windows if not covered by the curtain can be seen through clearly ???? overall this place needs an upgrade

Everything is excellent here. However I gave 1star less for the room because the bathtub and the sink in my room was old, slightly dirty and they need a replacement.

The breakfast was excellent, but the table arrangement is quite packed such that you can barely walk past others tables.

Stayed here from 30 April to 2 May. Overall the hotel needs a good overall maintenance. The four stars are for the staff members who had been taking all the complains and trying their best to make our stay comfortable.

Please upgrade the hotel and hire back a good team.
